Where do we ship?

Canada only.

Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Quebec: 5 to 10 business days after shipping.

  • Rest of Canada: 7 to 12 business days after shipping.


These are estimated times and may vary depending on the season, weather conditions, and postal volume. I do my best to ship quickly, but Canada Post can experience delays.Shipping

Fees

Calculated automatically at checkout. Indicative examples (subject to change):

  • Untracked envelope: around $5

  • Xpresspost with tracking: $18–28


Packaging

Seeds are carefully packaged (protected against shocks, water, and reasonable temperature variations). I decline any responsibility once the package is handed over to Canada Post.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or damaged package: Contact me at info@samdelamer.ca with your order number and tracking number. I’ll help you file a claim with Canada Post.

  • Significant delay: Same thing – I’ll support you through it.
