This old variety, originally from Italy, produces numerous elongated fruits that can reach 25 cm in length. Their very sweet taste makes them perfect for eating fresh. Children love them.

Sow indoors 8 weeks before the last frost date. Transplant into individual pots when two true leaves have appeared. Transplant outdoors when all risk of frost has passed. Provide a 1-meter stake. Growing in a greenhouse is recommended. Protect from frost in autumn to prolong the harvest.
